Harold Brewer founded Alcoholic Beverage Consulting Services upon his retirement after 23 years of service with the California Dept. of Alcoholic Beverage Control. Mr. Brewer is widely respected throughout California, with over 40 years of alcoholic beverage licensing experience.

Michael Brewer joined the firm in 1993 and has overseen over 2,000 alcoholic beverage applications since then. Prior to joining ABCS, Mr. Brewer was a federal auditor and holds Bachelor's and Master's Degrees from San Diego State University. He is a member of the National Alcoholic Beverage Control Association, the California Restaurant Association, the National Conference of State Liquor Administrators and is a Founding Member of the Alliance of Alcohol Industry Attorneys and Consultants.
